What is the GDPR?

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or when you withdraw consent. You can request account deletion from your Privacy & Data Settings page.

Right to Restrict Processing (Article 18)

You have the right to request restriction of processing of your personal data under certain circumstances, such as when you contest the accuracy of the data or when the processing is unlawful.

Right to Data Portability (Article 20)

You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (JSON). You can request a data export from your Privacy & Data Settings page.

Right to Object (Article 21)

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for reasons relating to your particular situation, including profiling. To exercise this right, please contact us directly.

Right to Lodge a Complaint (Article 77)

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The responsible authority for Resaluvia is the Landesbeauftragte fur den Datenschutz und fur das Recht auf Akteneinsicht Brandenburg.
